Tell us a little about yourself: I enjoy the beach, watching movies and obviously spending a lot of time in the weight room and spending time with friends

When did you begin you fitness journey: I started my finish journey at 18 years of age as I was about 65 kilo and very small and I knew that’s not the way I wanted to live my life I wanted to stand out I wanted to feel good and I wanted to give back and help others and so that’s what I set out to do. 

What helps motivate you to achieve your fitness goals: What motivates me is progression and seeing how far I have come each year I know what I am capable of achieving now so taking a little look back down memory lane always sets me back on the right path.

What are some of your Interests or Hobbies: Hobbies for me would be spending time down the beach obviously a lot of time in the gym also keeping up to date with afl nba and motorcross.

How often do you Train? I train 6 days a week for about the last 6 years.

Example of your Nutrition: My nutrition includes a lot of chicken, turkey and kangaroo. Also sweet potato, rice, broccoli, asparagus and on occasion some cheeky bagels or crumpets as a treat.

What’s your Favourite cheat meal? Pizza or Donuts haha

What are you are your future plans, goals and career expectations: To be 100 kg lean with abs I’d also love to step on stage and compete sooner rather then later a lot of exciting things to come.

What is the best advice you can give: Best advice I could give would be truely believing in your ability and knowledge is power, the more you learn the faster you will reach those goals.

What Supplements do you use and why: Supplements I use is a wpi blend, I use a pre workout and intra workout bcaa supplement, I use creatine and glutamine and I also take fish oil multi vitamins and magnesium daily.

People you would like to thank: I’d like to thank my family as they have been with me and forever supported me with what I do. I’d like to thank my close Friends who I have had the pleasure meeting along my journey and who a lot of them I will have for the rest of my life.
