Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 micro scoops (3.65-7.30 grams) with 3-4 ounces of water per scoop and consume 30-45 minutes prior to workout. The ideal individual serving for workout domination may vary between 1-2 scoops. Under no circumstances should the initial dose be exceeded or the warnings on this bottle be ignored. Once tolerance is established the dose may be increased by 1/2 scoop (1.5 grams). DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD. Contents may settle after shipping.
