hey everyone, i know there is hardly any review of this product when i started to take hydroxy but here it goes. Its awesome, i would recommend this to anyone. its added glutamine means that there is less muscle breakdown and u can build bigger muslce than most proteins. The guarana and green tea extracts helped me lose weight quickly. IT is perfect for those of you who would like to gain lean muscle and lose weight. I found taking it in the morning for breakfast with some fish oil tablets and vitamin tablet my metabolism was working full throttle and in a week i had dropped my beer gut :)

Needing something to have in between meals to keep me from bingeing I was recommended this product. Thank you! I love it! I noticed more energy and the taste is great! Ive tried strawberry and chocolate and both are great either shaken or thrown in the blender with a banana after a workout. Definately recommend it.
