Mass Nutrition parcels are shipped via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Please note Fastway Couriers do not ship to PO Boxes. Parcels must be signed for. Where no one is available for a signature, a slip will be left notifying of attempted delivery.

Shipping Costs:

All orders up to 3kg are a flat rate of $10.

Orders 3kg and above incur the following charges:

• NSW, ACT and QLD – $10
• VIC, SA - $15
• WA, NT, TAS - $20

Lost/Delayed Shipments:

Mass Nutrition accept no responibilty for lost or late shipments. We will do our best to help you locate your parcel. Parcel tracing may take up to 10 working days with either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. The customer agrees that they take ownership of the parcel as soon as we post it and will bear all incurred losses.
